This piece is a polyphonic, triple meter, with simple division, and its contour is an arch.00:08 Main theme is repeated with variation I being introduced. 00:17 Theme II is introduced. Base clef takes Variation I while the treble clef continues on with theme II. 00:25 Interlude between phrases starts and just before the end it crescendos. There is a whole rest and a low note is played to resolve the dissonance created by the build. The melody is played by the treble clef higher registry and the harmony is played by lower. 00:36 Key change and the main theme repeats. Throughout the piece the continuous repetition of ascending split chords in the bass clef carries the driving pulse. 00:16 Melody is introduced, opening theme I. 00:30 Theme I is repeated. At the ending of the phrase harmony is added. 00:46 Theme I is repeated in a lower registry. The cadence of the theme includes a trill of the keys. 01:00 Theme II begins and adds includes harmony. 01:13 Theme III . In this phrase there are crescendos and decrescendos with the ascending and descending melody.
