WINTERS THEOBOLD USA / WEST, San Francisco, CA 1983-1998A $325 million division of $7 billion parent company marketing domestic and international communications services for large clientsin diverse industries.SENIOR PARTNER / REGIONAL FINANCE and ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR (1990-1998) – Lead F&A manager forregion, directing all financial/administrative matters.
