The tower rises 50 levels up, with 4 levels of above-grade parking and the rest are residential floors.but more than just the astonishing views from one’s unit, this tower features z-loft units pioneered by the Architect in Number One Rockwell project. The z-loft’s exceptional design offers residents not just one same view, which is the standard in condo developments, but also the view of the other side as well. Furthermore, the tower features an interesting play of garden balconies at certain levels and locations, which softens the concrete-glass facade.

Envisioned to have a pioneering residential development of Rockwell Land outside of Rockwell Center, the project Grove was conceptualized. The 5.2 hec property that used to be an industrial site, would soon become a breathing space along C-5 avenue. It has a 6-tower residential development with a fully developed indoor and outdoor amenities-pool, jogging paths, badminton, tennis, gym, treatment and spa rooms, water features and lots of greens spaces embracing the development. TTowers 1 & 2 caters to 31 residential floors, towers 3 & 4 - 36 floors, and towers 5 & 6 - 40 floors. The towers compromises of Townhomes (a bi-level unit at the ground floor with private gardens), studios, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, loft units and their trademark Z-loft units.

Ideally located right at the fast-developing Fort Bonifacio Global City, this 42-storey skyscraper is built according to the highest European standards.
