David Brandon He worked for P&G his early assignment was . he was invited to become a manager. The realization hits me that ppl will be reporting to me. He called his father. He called his father for counseling. The advice I think you should find out how ppl want to be treated and you should treat them in that way. Realization that all ppl are different and they respond differently to coaching one size does not fit all. Ppl are individuals the best thing you can do is tell them hw proud you are of them. They need encouragement , direction . to assess the personality their wants needs are adapt your leadership style to that individual . development of trust if you do not develp trust is by having a relationship, desire to help others . A leader gonna be successful as much as his team wants him to be .
