Ensuring total manufacturing of over 1.5 Million unit's per week, whilst maintaining overall appliance of quality, material usage, health and safety and ensuring that customer target's were met.

Increased production output to 98% whilst reducing losses and minimizing inventory holdings. Developed scheduling systems. Designed and organised a new automated work area. Formulated production plans that optimized output against service levels and dramatically improved quality

of finished product whilst maintaining 100% conformance of key KPI's.
