Chef a day: Make a Chill lassi and Hot pancake with the below mentioned tips and click a picture and share with us. Parents please help kids in grinding and whisking. Recipe for Lassi

1. In a mortar or a mixer grinder, add 8 cardamom pods and grind to a fine powder.

2. In a bowl, take 2 spoon fresh yogurt.

3. With a madani or blender or hand whisker beat the yogurt to nice smooth.

4. Add sugar, a pinch salt, cardamom powder and add two glass water and whisk again.

5. If you like add rose water and sprinkle saffron strands to a glass of lassi.

6. Add ice cubes and serve chill lassi.

Recipe for Pancake 1. In a large bowl, add one cup plain flour, one cup milk, five

spoon sugar and one egg.

2. Mix the flour, milk, egg and sugar to a thick paste.

3. Add a pinch of salt and pinch of baking powder.

4. Heat a pan. Pour the batter to a small round.

5. Cook both the sides. Add butter to the pan if required.

6. Serve with jam.

Origami Craft Work: Step by step instruction to make a paper frog.

Step 1: Start with a regular piece of rectangle paper. An 8.5x11 paper is fine.

Step 2: Fold the top left corner to the right side, making the top right corner as pointy as possible.

Step 3: Unfold.

Step 4: Repeat Step 2 with the other corner.

Step 5: Unfold.

Step 6: Fold back the top from where the "X" creases meet.
