Note:

1. All Students:

Weekly logs have to be submitted on Friday of every week. A monthly report has to be submitted for every 4 weekly logs. Final Report along with evaluation/feedback forms have to be

submitted within a week after the end date of your training.

2. Students who have started their training earlier than March 1, 2015:

Submit all the weekly logs prepared until that time to the faculty supervisor on 13th March. After that , follow the schedule based on guidelines given in step 1.

3. Students who have started the training later than March 1, 2015:

Submit the weekly logs starting from Friday falling on the first week of your training. After that , follow the schedule based on guidelines given in step 1.
