There are dimensions that are used in one particular Cube and Dimensions that are
used in the overall schema.
The latter can be used in all cubes defined in the same schema.
Therefore use "create a new dimension" in a certain cube-definition, if you want to create
a dimension that only applies to a single cube.
Use "create a new dimension" outside a cube, but inside the schema and refer to this
dimension in a cube of your choice with "create a new dimension usage".
