    Provider Portal electronically connects referring physicians to Schedule Maximizer via the hospital’s website or designated web address to schedule or request appointments.

    The portal also generates an itinerary for the patient to ensure preparatory instructions

    are understood and followed. Providing your physicians with the ability to schedule

    appointments online reduces inbound call volume to the hospital, increases physician

    satisfaction, and improves patient compliance with procedure prep instructions making

    the entire healthcare delivery process more efficient. The Provider Portal allows

    physicians to focus on delivering quality patient care, instead of the logistics required to

    Appointment Reminders provide the ability to automatically send patient reminders via voice, text, letter and/or email according to their preferences. Appointment reminders

    Consumer Portal enables patients to view, pre-register and/or schedule their individual

    and family healthcare appointments online, at their convenience. Consumers can view

    their previous appointment history, as well as current appointment details, including: date,

    time, location, and status of an upcoming appointment. Consumers can also view other

    pertinent information such as prep notes, procedure descriptions and directions.

    Additionally, your patients can schedule or request appointments and interact with you

    to communicate their appointment preferences, questions or concerns. Consumers are

    also able to complete online forms required during the preregistration process, print them

    out prior to their arrival and bring them to their appointment, which results in a decrease
