1. Here at BSFC FM we take data protection seriously to ensure we comply within the law.

2. We only collect data from the listener for the competition.This only goes to the competitions data base.

3. The radio station only asks for data when entering a competition. The information we need is your email address, date of birth and your name.

4. The radio station asks for the customer information and they ask for your email address twice. So we can send you updates of what is happening on the radios website.

5. Your data will be deleted within 14 days on the radios database.

6. All of the above steps make sure we process your data within the law.

7. On the competitions page on the radios website we have a password and the room is locked in a room.

8. The competition data will not be used for anything else.
