Select “New...” in the “Project” Menu

There are 4 possibilities:– “Sampled School”– “First Replacement School”– “Second Replacement School”– “None of these schools…”



Specify the reason if sampled school does not participate:

– school refused to participate – school has been closed – school does not have tested

grade – school has excluded students

only– Other reason
