It should be noted that yields will vary based on age and quality of the product being erased and tested as

well as the stringency of the screening process used.



Imaging / Process Automation

• Administrator Configures PXE Profiles by whatever means makes sense to the process (ex: by

customer, by product type etc.)

• PXE Profiles can optionally be selected by operator or controlled via pre-erasure scripting (ex: via

database)

• PXE Profiles can optionally prompt operator for physical audit and cosmetic information.

• PXE Profiles determine if / what type of component burn-in test is to be performed

• PXE Profiles determine if imaging is to be performed, what image will be used and what applications (if

any) are to be installed.

• System information and erasure results are uploaded to SQL or MYSQL database

EPS’s Imaging/Process Automation allows customers to combine functionality typically

performed in separate stations into a single automated process saving time, space and labor

hours while reducing required operator knowledge base and the risk of operator error.

Client Side – Profile Selection

Profile selection provides you with the ability to create business controls based on contractual needs. It insures

against errors by limiting your technicians to only those features you want active. It also allows you to more

efficiently process your assets by automating the full functionality of License Server.



Client Side – System Condition Input

System condition prompts provide for physical auditing of the assets. Your Tech’s can capture pertinent

information and record the physical condition of the asset on a itemized basis. All information is captured and

able to be included in all reporting to your customer. It can also be dynamically injected into your existing

database.

On-Site Erasure Services

EPS is not only a manufacturer of erasure software and

appliances we are also a full service on-site erasure provider.

Our Erasure Engineers will come on-site and if possible directly

connect to the storage that requires destruction. If that is not

possible then we will arrange for compatible equipment to be sent

in advance of their arrival. Once complete, any drives that fail the

erasure process will be physically destroyed or tagged and left to

be dealt with by the customer. A complete serial number based

inventory included within our Certificate of Erasure will provide

you with auditable proof that your data was destroyed.
