Project Approach

• Manage the review and response to relocation sub-contractor, vendor submittals throughout IT infrastructure deployment and computing equipment provisioning (e.g. RFIs, change order requests, etc.)

• Establishment and operation of project “war room” during active phases of the equipment relocation

• Oversight and coordination of all migration activities• Execute migration plans:

o Fundamental IT Infrastructureo Migration Piloto Typically multiple migration groups and phases

• Validate the quality execution of planned migration activities including deployment of IT infrastructure, equipment certification and system/application testing and validation
