• How do you work on a server?– If we did our job right, we shouldn’t have to touch
it until we’re replacing it– Pull the server out, wait for it to drain– Keep a paper towel nearby
• Cooling failure– GRC system is redundant– Tank heats in hours, not minutes

• Server Prep– Remove fans– Replace thermal paste with foil– Encapsulate boot disk (or use SSD)
