    To know the Satisfaction level in the Customers for South Scope

    Magazine.

    To identify areas where the Company is lacking in satisfying the

    To collect the Remarks and Suggestion from the customers of the

    Magazine.

    To increase the acceptability and sales of the magazine by satisfying

    aged between 21to 23.

    More number of customers in the age group of 24 years are earning between
