• All Hands Community Meeting– Next week’s All Hands meeting will take place on Tuesday,
January 28th, from 3:00-4:00 pm (ET).• Updates have been made to the DAF Wikipage and S&I Calendar
• DAF IHE/S&I Joint Work Group – The Work Group will be cancelled on Monday, January
27th due to the IHE Connectathon. The meeting will resume on Monday, February 3rd at 10:00 am (ET)

– End-to-End Review Process Begins– Comments due by 5:00 pm (EST) on Monday,
January 27th • Tuesday, January 28th
– Review Comment Dispositions during All Hands Community Meeting
– Introduce Consensus Voting Process• Wednesday, January 29th
– Formal Consensus Voting Begins • Community notified via the DAF listserv

Targeted DAF Use Case 2
Preparing for Consensus • As we prepare for consensus on Use Case 2, please
make sure the following steps are complete in order to formally submit a vote:1. “Register” for the DAF initiative; AND2. Become a “Committed Member.”
• Only “committed members” can cast a vote– those registered as “Other Interested Party” may
still provide comments as a part of the End-to-End Review Process
– when the consensus voting period officially opens, only “one” vote per committed organization will be counted

Independent Level, 5.1 Business Dimension, 5.2 Information Dimension, 5.2.1 Document Metadata, 5.2.2 Data Elements to be used for Queries, 5.2.3
