Terms and Conditions of Use ipmPIPE Data

• The ipmPIPE aggregates state pest data to provide a visualization of national scope. These data remain property of the state of origin and as such are subject to certain conditions. In a general sense, users of this site agree that.

• Data will not be disaggregated to show the specific origin of the data point (see Section 10).

• Data will not be allowed for use beyond this site for any publication without permission of the data owners (see Sections 7 and 8).

• If permission is granted for data use, proper credit shall be given to acknowledge those sources (see Section 7).
