This standard and versatile boardroom system has been designed for multiple participant presentations for a variety of business functions. The system features two large HD displays, while the table/ input area features the ability to connect and switch multiple sources. Using the touch screen, the user can easily route any source to the displays. The standard system is designed to work as a presentation and/or conferencing system. The touch screen features simple icon-based intuitive user control interface allowing all users to operate the system effectively, and find a standard operator’s interface when traveling from one boardroom to another.

Hosted Videoconferencing
With connectivity to the Dascom Private Digital Network (PDN), our hosted videoconferencing can be utilized on as many devices as desired with a total of 12 active ports at any time between desktop and mobile device. Recorded programs can be played back using Web access, and live streaming can be added for both desktop and mobile logins. Monthly package and fee is determined by needs analysis to gather number of logins and seats required and use types of conferencing, streaming and recording.
Interactive Multimedia Board
Adding an interactive board to your business offers big screen impact and advantages over conventional display solutions. The interactive multimedia board is available in screens up to 80” (diagonal) as an add on to the boardroom system or as a standalone solution.
