Work HoursThis posi�on is full �me, working 38 hours per week.
To be successful in this role, you will have/be- Prepared to work 38 hours a week - Willing to commit to two (2) years of training- A Drivers licence and own transport- previous customer service expereince - Reliable and punctual

No licensing, legisla�ve or cer�fica�on requirements apply to this qualifica�on at the �me of publica�on.
Nominal Dura�onThis qualificaion has a set nominal dura�on of 24 months. This is the amount of time you need to be committed to, for successful completion of this qualification.
Nominal HoursThis qualifica�on has a set nominal hours of 1020.

Program Content
This qualifica�on provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to install and administer simple networks, servers, and client desktop deployments either as an independent informa�on and communica-�ons technology (ICT) specialist or as part of a team.
Persons working at this level will support informa�on technology ac�vi�es in the workplace across a wide range of ICT areas, including technical support, network administra�on, web technologies, so�ware applica-�ons and digital media technologies.
RTOThe training will be delivered by Charles Darwin University (CDU).
Study ModeThe delivery mode for this qualifica�on will be via block training based at the CDU Casuarina Campus.
Further Study and Career PathwaysA�er achieving the this qualifica�on students may undertake various courses of study to advance their career.
