Section 1 - Company overview ,

On behalf of Dark Star Production Testing LTD. I would like to express my deepest gratitude for

the opportunity to provide equipment and discuss service pricing for future potential operations.

As one of North America’s leading oilfield service companies, Dark Star Production Testing

supports all aspects of upstream oil industry with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Dark Star's advanced oilfield services in North America and The United States have been

developed based on years of experience in the oilfields from Western Canada down to South

Texas. While there are other oil & gas service companies, our specialized technologies and

innovative methods for well testing and production testing incorporate the industry’s best

practices and full compliance with industry regulation putting us at the forefront in the industry.

Dark Star has an established base developed within Alberta over the past 10 years, and within the

last 3.5 years we broke onto the International stage with our fledgling company Liberty so we

are available to assist in any operations anywhere in the North American market, or into the

International market as demand arises. We currently have a combined fleet of 15 tanks, ranging

in size, as well as many various supplemental pieces of equipment to service the demands of our

industry. Since our inception, we have continued to evolve to supply an efficient & effective

Management team, and top quality field service representatives, with direct accountability to

myself, shareholders, and customers.

Our fleet of high pressure specialty tanks has grown to 2 -1440 psi 5th

wheel trailer units, 2 -

wheeled high volume / high pressure 2000 psi tanks, as well as 2 – 1200 psi inline trailer

packages. All are supplied with an abundance of supplemental piping and equipment. As well,

we have our fleet of medium to lower pressure equipment ready and able to move in the event

that we need additional support. We have pooled the best candidates for future growth, and only

the best for equipment.

through the diversity of operations from South Texas to Northern B.C. to provide some of the

best results that our clients have seen on the production aspects of our services. I have personally

been involved in the field development for 20+ years, working the wells myself, as well as

assisting in getting the plants online to handle the gas production. We work with operators and

plant engineers to bring to wells online producing at the maximum potential, for decreased

downtime and optimized production turnover to pipeline, therefore ensuring cost efficiency to

our clients.

glasses. Nozzles are available on vessel for Pressure and Level alarm and shutdown systems. Sample

points are available for PVT Oil and Gas sampling. There is also a sample point on the vertical section of

the Gas line for Isokinetic sampling. There are two Pilot operated Pressure safety valves directly mounted

on independent vessel nozzles. Operating temperature range of -29 to 121 Deg C

Process trailer-59" x 20' s/s 2000 PSIG Trailer Mounted 3 phase test separator

This will be the Primary or Well test trailer and is constructed as a Goose neck type with 3 x 16 Ton axles

giving an overall payload capacity of 40 Tons. Overall dimensions are 60ft long x 8.5ft wide x 4 ½ft high

to main payload bed from ground level. Below listed equipment items will be installed on the trailer using

ISO twist type trailer locks where applicable. H2S service pipework package to interconnect all the

equipment installed on the trailer is manufactured, installed and tested as per ANSI B31.3 and NACE

MR01.75. Interconnection type used 1502 and 206 hammer union throughout as required by the

specifications of the equipment list below. Unit is supplied with fold down walkways and lightweight

handrails on all sides and 4 sets of steps to ground level. The unit is supplied with an insulated aluminum

structure to cover the open working areas between the installed equipment. Also supplied with explosion

proof electrical distribution panel and system to supply the equipment installed on the trailer and

including additional flood lighting to the external area around the trailer. Includes pneumatic distribution

system to supply the equipment installed on the trailer and including additional outlets for use as required.

The vessel and carrier have been painted with Endura paint and high gloss topcoat to protect against

external environmental factors.

2012 Dynacorp 12 -m³ x 1200-psi Skid-Mounted PTank 3-phase test separator is an instrumented pressure vessel designed to efficiently separate well effluent into

oil, gas and water for onshore and offshore well testing. The 3-phase test separator can operate as a stand-

alone unit or in combination with the surge tank, reducing the dependency on the separation process for

high-quality flow measurements.

The 3-phase test separator typically consists of a vessel, an oil flow-measuring system with dual meters, a

flow-measuring system for gas, several sampling points for each effluent phase, and two relief valves to

protect the vessel against overpressure. Most separators are also equipped to measure water flow rate. To

provide accurate measurements, the 3-phase test separator is fitted with pneumatic regulators that

maintain a constant pressure and a constant liquid level inside the vessel by control valves on the oil and

gas outlets.

The 3-phase test separator is fitted with a deflector plate, coalescing plates, a foam breaker, a vortex

breaker, a weir plate, and a mist extractor. These components reduce the risk of carryover (liquid in gas

line) and carry under (gas in liquid line) that would affect the flow rate measurement accuracy.

Executive Safety Summary The audit was conducted to evaluate Dark Star Production Testing Ltd health and safety management system using AASP Audit Protocol. With an 96% audit score, Dark Star Production Testing Ltd has performed well on this year's COR audit. The management team has been tasked with building the health and safety culture and increasing overall awareness, among employees, and is doing an excellent job. To that end, Dark Star has put high expectations on its management, supervisors, workers and contractors. To excel in the industry, you must be compliant and safe, and this is something Dark Star takes very seriously.
