Dark Chocolate Mousse Recipe
150g dark chocolate (chopped and melted)
200g thickened cream
Melt dark chocolate over bain marie. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Whip cold cream until medium-stiff peaks. Fold in melted chocolate but do not overmix.
Spoon into cups or bowls and leave in fridge to set for at least 3 hours.
