By signing this document, you enter into an agreement on electronic signature (Agreement on electronic signature – consumers) Danske eBanking (Access agreement – Danske eBanking – consumers) You can view and print the agreement in eBanking at all times, and save a copy to your own computer. 1 Elements of the agreement 1.1 Electronic signature (Agreement on electronic signature – consumers) Entering into this agreement allows you to use your electronic signature to sign agreements with Danske Bank in exactly the same way as if you had signed them by hand. The agreement gives you access to selfservice products offered by Danske Bank and enables you to sign agreements with Danske Bank electronically. If you have given your consent to the exchange of personal data between units in the Danske Bank Group, you can also enter into agreements with other Group companies through Danske eBanking if the individual companies offer this option. You use your electronic signature with a NemID or the backup solution. Before you enter into this agreement, you will receive the “Rules on NemID” document. The “Rules on NemID for online banking and the public digital signature" document provides additional information on NemID. The following documents apply to the Access agreement – Danske eBanking – consumers: Terms and conditions for Agreement on electronic signature – consumers Rules for NemID for online banking and the public digital signature General conditions – consumers Terms and conditions for Access agreement – Danske eBanking – consumers Terms and conditions for transfers to and from Denmark and transfers in foreign currency in Denmark Terms and conditions for trading in financial instruments Information about trading in financial instruments Terms and conditions for custody accounts Order execution policy – financial instruments List of charges Investment commissions 2 Right of cancellation Under section 17 of the Danish Consumer Agreement Act, you may cancel an agreement on a financial service within 14 days. Generally, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive the service agreed, provided that you receive the information you are entitled to under the Consumer Agreement Act, including information about your right of cancellation and about the service you have ordered, on the same day. Otherwise, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive the information. The information must be given in writing, for example on paper, in the form of electronic mail or in the list of agreements available in eBanking. If the last day of a cancellation period falls on a Saturday, a Sunday, a public holiday, 5 June, 24 December or 31 December, you may exercise your right of cancellation on the following weekday. Your right of cancellation will lapse before expiry of the cancellation period if an agreement has been fully completed by both parties at your express request, for instance if a funds transfer has been completed.

1 Elements of the agreement

1.1 Electronic signature (Agreement on electronic signature – consumers)

Entering into this agreement allows you to use your electronic signature to sign agreements with Danske Bank in exactly thesame way as if you had signed them by hand.

The agreement gives you access to self­service products offered by Danske Bank and enables you to sign agreements withDanske Bank electronically. If you have given your consent to the exchange of personal data between units in the Danske BankGroup, you can also enter into agreements with other Group companies through Danske eBanking if the individual companiesoffer this option.

You use your electronic signature with a NemID or the back­up solution. Before you enter into this agreement, you will receivethe “Rules on NemID” document. Read more about the NemID rules and the back­up solution in "Terms and conditions forAgreement on electronic signature – consumers". The “Rules on NemID for online banking and the public digital signature"document provides additional information on NemID.

2 Right of cancellation

Under section 17 of the Danish Consumer Agreement Act, you may cancel an agreement on a financial service within 14 days.

Generally, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive the service agreed, provided that you receive the informationyou are entitled to under the Consumer Agreement Act, including information about your right of cancellation and about theservice you have ordered, on the same day. Otherwise, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive the information.The information must be given in writing, for example on paper, in the form of electronic mail or in the list of agreementsavailable in eBanking.

When the cancellation period has expired, agreements may be terminated in accordance with the General conditions – consumersand the conditions applying to the individual agreements.

If you want to cancel an agreement, just call or write to your branch (by e­mail if you prefer) before the cancellation periodexpires. In addition, you must return the service you have received.

If you do not have the telephone number of your branch, you can always call us at +45 70 12 34 56.

If you want proof that you exercised your right in time, you can send your cancellation by registered mail and keep the receipt.

3 Changes to terms and conditions

Please note that we may change the “Terms and conditions for Agreement on electronic signature – consumers” and the “Termsand conditions for Access agreement – Danske eBanking – consumers” subject to different periods of notice.

4 Companies in the Danske Bank Group

In this agreement, the Danske Bank Group is defined as

5 Signing agreements in Danske eBanking

With my electronic signature I accept this agreement and its terms and conditions, including Danske Bank’s General conditions –consumers. Signing this agreement enables me to use

my electronic signature (Agreement on electronic signature – consumers)Danske eBanking (Access agreement – Danske eBanking – consumers)

I have received the agreement in Danske eBanking, and it will appear in Danske eBanking upon signing.
