WHEN CUSTOMERS JUST CAN’T LET GO. We’ve all seen it, a customer comes into the store, worn out boots in hand, and a long face. When your customers just aren’t ready to give up their old boots, you can let them know about danner recrafting. The people who build many of our boots in the first place are available to bring them back up to snuff again. repairs are customized to the needs of the individual boots. We do everything from major overhauls to simple parts replacement and leather care.

please instruct interested customers to give us a call or to send us their boots. When they send us their boots, customers should include a note with their name, address, phone number, e-mail address and a written description of what is wrong with their boots. We will contact them directly and take it from there.

Turnaround time for recrafting averages 2–3 weeks depending on the scope of the repair needed.
