9 years experience in the oilfield tank trucking industry. Experience as a vac truck swamper ( straight vac, combo units and hydro vacs) providing services at drilling rigs, service rigs, gas plants and oil batteries also provided vac truck services for completion operations such as fracing.I also Have experience line locating and various hydro vac operations and confined space entry which involved the use of S.C.B.A. Experience with operating lift trucks and front end loaders, duties included loading and un loading drill casing and tubing of all sizes and various chemicals on pallets and in drums. Job title included vac truck swamping and new driver training along with truck and truck tool maintence ( inspecting and repairing or replacing tools on vac trucks and performing light repairs on vac truck or scheduling major repairs of units with maintenance staff. )

Also responsible for water and chemical storage and production for fluids sold for well completion. Duties included mixing and storing chemicals such as kcl, also running and maintaining natural gas boilers to produce hot water in the tank farm for frac water sales. Training and supervising of new tank farm labourers as well as shop and yard maintenance ( shop cleaning, grass cutting and snow removal.)

Two years experience with the Pouce Coupe volunteer Fire Department.

Responsibilities included attending weekly training and meetings and respond to 911 emergency's in the pouce coupe fire protection area.

Such duties included knowledge of the following- fire department codes of conduct and sop's (standard operating procedures ) which included the following- fire behavior, interior and exterior fire attack, forced building entry and exit, confined space rescue, first aid, knowledge of tools such as power saws and fire rated S.C.B.A and first aid equipment also operation and support of fire apparatus and emergency vehicle driver training.
