The Business Management course at MMU is designed to give as wide a range of practical business understanding as possible. Units covered include Marketing and Business Operations, Management and Organisation, Global Strategy, and Finance and Technology in a business. Throughout my time studying, I found a passion for the HR function of business which led to the specialisation of my degree in the HR area. Units studied here include: Managing Across Cultures, Strategic HRM, and International Comparative Employment Relations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time studying the whole of my degree and have had some experience applying the theory I have learnt to my current work expierence, for example managing American Jewish staff during my time working in the USA.
