A/C, Steering, Brakes, Electrical/Electronic (Navistar Vehicles have been using body controllers and multiplexing since 2000), ABS, Engine, etc. Majority of jobs on Engine and Electrical/Electronics. Relied upon as being able to be given a difficult task, confident that there would be a resolution and the repairs made would be of high quality. As a technician - Supported the management team with inspections, equipment repairs & acquisitions. As a shop foreman for 3 years - Responsible for the direction & guidance of 11 dayshift technicians in a large volume shop that moved an average of 350-500 vehicles through the shop. Responsible for budgets and sales projection for department, with 23 personnel. Responsible for processing Workhorse & Isuzu warranty claims.
