Overview Fran Gillis worked 15 years with the

Thompson Grocery Company. Fran was offered a job position at a National

Drugstore company as vice president and regional manager.

Requested a good friend and colleague, Ken to write a reference and keep it a secret she was looking at a new job.

Another colleague, Jennifer Chung approached Fran with disturbing news of being sexually harassed at work by Ken.

A form of sexual harassment has been taken place within the Thompson Grocery Company’s chain

Fran should do what is right for the employee, person being accused and for the company over and above her own needs and position .
