The company was established in 1998, and set itself apart as the first software house in South Africa to develop a web-based HR and Payroll system. January 2011 to December 2011 As the channel I managed began to grow, I was given my first opportunities to manage staff, and was allocated a team that consisted of 1 support consultant, 1 implementation consultant, 1 quality assurance specialist, and 1 software developer. During the course of this year I started to speak at our bi-annual national workshops, which may be attended by as many as 50-100 people. I was also allocated the responsibility of achieving a set financial target for all activities in my area. This was achieved successfully. I was brought into the design team to oversee the SDLC of the HRIS, which ranged from analysis to design, requirements and specifications, and ending with testing and deployment. Notable Projects:
