9737 Peppertree Road Spotsylvania, VA 22553 (866) 855-6449 [email protected] www.tmgva.com Dale Davis Six Sigma Master Black Belt Mobile: (757)469-9868 Email: [email protected] Dale Davis recently retired as a Continuous Process Improvement Master Black Belt at The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), a command of the United States Navy responsible for delivering sustained global logistics support and managing supply chains that provide materials for Navy aircraft, surface ships, submarines and their associated weapons systems. Dale was responsible for driving the long-range vision for CPI throughout the command. He traveled worldwide for the organization, providing direction as a subject matter expert on the application of Lean Six Sigma methods to the organization’s senior leadership, Deployment Champions, Project Sponsors, Black Belts, and Green Belts. Prior to his position at NAVSUP, Dale worked at Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Charleston/Atlantic as a Master Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Training Director. He was a leading catalyst for improvement and change within the organization. In addition to leading complex projects and mentoring Black Belts, Dale was responsible for the development of the command CPI training program. He conducted training for Yellow, Green and Black Belts, as well as courses in facilitation and public speaking. Dale was a frequent guest instructor at the Navy’s Lean Six Sigma College and participated in the Department of the Navy’s push to build and standardize the bodies of knowledge and training curricula for Black Belts and Green Belts. Dale is a member of the Hampton Roads Quality Management Council (HRQMC) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
