ASEPTIC FILLINGThe most advanced technology available for filling pouches with sensitive beverages in aseptic filling. The sterilization process is based on H

2O

2 steam without condensation on the surface of

the pouches by heating them up before the treatment; the rotary system is the only one that can guarantee the required long sterilization treatment time.

HOT FILLINGThe hot filling concept basically means that it is the product itself, filled at high temperatures (85-95°C) that sterilizes the pouch and the cap. This system is particularly efficient with flexible packaging that is not subject to deformation at high temperatures.

ULTRA-CLEAN FILLINGThe aim of ultra-clean technology is to fill and handle containers under hygienic conditions and consequently significantly reduce the microbial load inside the container. Depending on the type of product and supply chain management, it is thus possible to guarantee a longer shelf-life using fewer or no preservatives.
