The Atlanta team again blew up offensively this time against Minneapolis. Sixteen runs on 10 hits to win 16-0 in three innings. Alana Bailey pitched three innings for Atlanta giving up only one hit, she stranded that runner by striking out the two following batters. Tiana Parks went 2-for-2 with two doubles, three runs scored and two RBI to lead Atlanta. Emily Rymanowski knocked out the lone hit for Minneapolis in the game. Atlanta will now sit and wait for the winner of the Puerto Rico and Philadelphia game. That game will be one of two semi-final games played to determine who goes to the championship game on Thursday morning. Atlanta will go to Dolphin Park and play in a consolation game against the loser of the Philadelphia-Puerto Rico game.

Neisha Soto pitched seven innings allowing three runs on eight hits, her counter part Ashley Ramirez went 5 2/3 allowing three on six hits. Kellie Kitchen came in relief of Ramirez to give up the game winner. Ninostka Amaro had a good game at the plate earning three of her team’s ten hits. Alana Bailey pitched three innings for Atlanta giving up only one hit, she stranded that runner by striking out the two following batters. Tiana Parks went 2-for-2 with two doubles, three runs scored and two RBI to lead Atlanta. Emily Rymanowski knocked out the lone hit for Minneapolis in the game. Atlanta will now sit and wait for the winner of the Puerto Rico and Philadelphia game. That game will be one of two semi-final games played to determine who goes to the championship game on Thursday morning. Atlanta will go to Dolphin Park and play in a consolation game against the loser of the Philadelphia-Puerto Rico game.

Tied at 3-3 Normangelin Vazquez singled in the game winning to advance Puerto Rico on to play Atlanta. Neisha Soto pitched seven innings allowing three runs on eight hits, her counter part Ashley Ramirez went 5 2/3 allowing three on six hits. Kellie Kitchen came in relief of Ramirez to give up the game winner. Ninostka Amaro had a good game at the plate earning three of her team’s ten hits. Houston’s Garcia also had three hits of her team’s seven hits. Houston will now go play a consolation while San Juan will make the trip to the Urban Youth Academy to play Atlanta.

They exploded for fourteen runs on sixteen hits against St. Petersburg for a 14-0 win. Dynasty Lauvai and Natalie Zavala each had three hits at the top of the LA lineup, Jessica Villegas batted in three runs to help LA to victory. Chachera Brantley made sure that the offense didn’t steal the entire show as she pitched a stellar six inning one-hitter striking out seven. Tiffany Mann knocked out the only hit for St. Petersburg. For LA Natalie Zavala had two RBI and Veronica Vazquez added two hits. Los Angeles will now move on to play Tampa Bay in the semi-final game to see who will have a spot in Thursday’s championship game. Neisha Soto pitched seven innings allowing three runs on eight hits, her counter part Ashley Ramirez went 5 2/3 allowing three on six hits. Kellie Kitchen came in relief of Ramirez to give up the game winner. Ninostka Amaro had a good game at the plate earning three of her team’s ten hits. Houston’s Garcia also had three hits of her team’s seven hits. Houston will now go play a consolation while San Juan will make the trip to the Urban Youth Academy to play Atlanta.
