“Syrian presidential elec-tions will be held as sched-uled in all areas of Damascus countryside, where ballot boxes will be distributed in all centers and villages”, Syria state media stressed.

Al-Khatib calls Syr-ians to vote

“Syrians should participate in Syrian presidential elec-tions, being a good step for building a new Syria”, for-mer head, of SNC Moaz al-Khatib stressed.“an op-position party is being estab-lished to have discussions with Mr. President Bashar al-Assad, in order to pre-side a rescue government, after Bashar al-Assad`s in-vestable win”, opposition sources said.“al-Khatib calls for creating a common ground between Syrian gov-ernment and opposition”, Egyptian al-Shorouk news-paper reported.al-Kahtib denies through “facebook” any initiative that includes negotiations with Syrian government under Egyp-tian auspices, stressing that the last meeting held with Egyptian Foreign Minister has not involved any discus-sion about political project.

“I seriously think to submit objections against some of Syrian governmental insti-tutions, due to biased deal-ing with presidential elec-tions”, Syria`s presidential candidate Hassan al-Noury stressed. “Institutions should deal fairly and reasonably with elections, Health Min-istry publically advocates a particular candidate“,

stressed.For its part, Syrian state media blames Tuni-sian authorities for Syrian presidential vote failure.It deserves mention that cur-rent Tunisian government, emerged from 17 Decem-ber 2010- Tunisian revo-lution, supports 15 March 2011-Syrian revolution.

“Mr. President Bashar al-Assad will issue a general amnesty that includes all fighters who surrender them-selves, giving up their weap-ons”, sources stressed.“This decree promotes reconcili-ation among all Syrians”, sources added.

“SAA breaks opposi-tion fighters’ siege of Aleppo central prison, entering it on Thurs-day”, opposition sources stressed.“Opposition fight-ers retreated from Aleppo central prison surroundings, al-Nusra fighters were the last ones to withdraw, While SAA was advancing toward

Handarat camp”, al-Nusra said.FSA has called upon all fighters at the vicinity of Aleppo central prison to

launch a counter military operation. “Aleppo prison-ers are afraid that SAA may commit mass executions against them”, opposition stressed. “SAA managed to recapture the main power station in al-Najar neigh-borhood, dismantling explo-sive devices around”, state sources stressed.

Monzer Makhous, the National Coalition’s ambassador into France, said that opening an embassy in Paris is considered a politi-cal admission, adding in an interview with “ Anadolu “ Agency that he will employ a

staff to carry out ad-ministrative functions, pointing out that the embassy needs a le-gal recognition to be able to give passports,
