Fighter Readiness

• Training requirements increasing with improved fighter capabilities: Need Multi-adversary presentations + emitters

Company Overview

We have been providing Combat Support Services to the Royal Canadian Air Force, the British Army and NORAD for over 6 years.

We are a Transport Canada certified Air Operator and an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO). We hold a Flight Permit issued by the RCAF and maintain equivalent to military standards.

We operate and provide commercial services to the military in the United States under an Aircraft Permit issued by DoT under 14 CFR Part 375.

Currently support over 5000 flying hours per year with 98% availability

16+ Operational Alpha Jets and 4 Operational West-winds. 130 personnel.

In Canada, we deliver Combat Support services through Top Aces Inc.

98% availability rate measured over 6 years and 25,000 hours flying. Capabilities include first, second and third line maintenance.

Engineering

Significant engineering and maintenance capabilities ensure that our services are provided when and where our customer needs them.

We have developed enhanced capabilities such as our proprietary EOIR pod with ROVER compatible VDL, inert weapon’s drop capability, Night Vision Capability as well as the integration of EW pods and other systems.

Our engineering skills allow us to grow our capability and constantly enhance the quality of our services to keep pace with our customer’s training needs.

Airworthiness & Certification

We hold a Commercial Operating Certificate (AOC) issued by Transport Canada. We also hold an Aircraft Permit issued by US DoT under 14 CFR Part 375 authorizing Commercial Operations in the United States.

We are authorized to operate in Canadian and US military airspace to provide services to our military customers.

We adhere to Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) operational and technical airworthiness standards, like a regular Air Force unit. We participate in the Royal Canadian Air Force Flight Safety program.
