• Project Based Learning in most courses, with a final course project.

• Students are assessed on Course Learning Objectives and Workplace Competencies on these final course projects

• CLO ex: “Conduct research with both primary and secondary sources” (from English Comp)

• WC ex: Completeness, Originality, Teamwork etc. (total of 19 with some combination of 11 in each course)

• This data is then made available in the students’ My Courses (dashboard), so that the student may view their progress and compare themselves to other students in their program

• This is made available to the student after graduation to use in a portfolio, resume, etc., should they wish to use it.

• Ability to see success in both Specialization, Program, and Institutional Learning Outcomes

• Ability to see growth over time over in Workplace Competencies, Specialization, Program, and Institutional Learning Outcomes (and Course outcomes where applicable)

For Administration:

• Ability to compare student achievement by faculty member, course, specialization, program, school, etc. on the various outcomes listed above for use in continuous quality improvement
