Naturals' Juice Bar Base, add ten parts standard

frozen type stabilizer base (sugar, water, and gums

at 12-19 Brix), blend and freeze.

Sorbet Bases. Northwest Naturals' 35-

40 Brix Sorbet Bases produce a 20%,50%,or 100%fruit

juice sorbet. These flavorful and nutritious bases are

also great when used with nine parts of stabilizer blend

(a 33 Brix sugar, water, and gum system), then blendedand frozen.
