This report is a summary of expenses of Gnome Day 2009 held in Valparaíso (Chile) during the 10º Encuentro Linux (October24th, 2008). You will find the details of expenses and incomes and, finally, the invoices of the money we spent.

It is important to clarify the costs were slightly different than we expected when we sent our budget request for your approval.Nevertheles, the short-term goals were accomplished. This report does not includes the costs covered by the local organizationsneither by the local contributors.

As it happen in 2008, we had defined a very tight schedule and we wanted the newcomers interact each other. So, we offeredthem a snack during the break for lunch. We kept the attendants near to us, and it help them to feel integrated.
