1 Website principles

The portal LAST-JD-RIoE was set up immediately after the kick-of meeting (Apirl 8, 2019) in order

to publish the Call for Applications. It is based on Contao Content Management System and the

specifications and requirements are the following:

1. Basic information of the project easily accessible and navigable;

2. Permit to integrate social media;

3. Responsive interface (e.g., mobile);

4. Exploitation and dissemination the results of the project;

5. Own-blog for each student with the possibility to disseminate their research results.

2 Web for online learning

We will use the online learning of UNIBO to design virtual classrooms; to store the courses material; to implement cooperative environment between teachers and students, students to students, between researchers. The platform is offered to all the consortium.

3 Web for uploading thesis

The PhD students at the end of the PhD program and after the admission to the defense by the

Supervisory Board, the approval of the thesis by the external reviewers, they will deposit the

manuscript in the UNIBO official portal http://amsdottorato.unibo.it/.

It is an official open access portal that constitutes the legal validity of the thesis deposit using the

permanent link DOI (Digital Object Identifier).

4 Web for management of the consortium

For managing the consortium we are using team Microsoft platform that permits to manage chat,

tasks, documents, video conferences, notification. We have two separate groups: project

management staff for the operative tasks, actions, deliverables, administrative and financial issues,

and “Board” for the Supervisory Board, Scientific Committee, Doctoral Council. Another group will

be created for the Advisory Board.
