Networking is one of the essential skills that a modern manager has to have in his quiver. As the fresh batch of MBA aspirants pour into the multi-cultural, multi-lingual cauldron of DoMS NIT Trichy, the ice between the fresh crop and the senior bunch of students usually remains thick and strong. FIRM games is the harbinger of the warmth which thaws out this ice and sets into motion a lifetime of effort of networking with peers, seniors and juniors.

Student driven Committees

The committee is formed to cater to thetraining and placement needs of theentire student fraternity of thedepartment. It aims to provide adequatetraining and career opportunities to thestudents, thereby enabling them to bebetter professionals in the corporateworld. The Committee acts as an interfaceand strives to bridge the gap between thecorporates and the students.

Training and Placement

The Corporate relations committee is theinstitute’s interface to the corporate worldand media. Through its activities, CRCbridges the industry and academia gap byorganizing corporate guest lectures,conclaves, workshops, industrial visits andpanel discussions. The CRC plays a pivotalrole of enhancing relationships withvarious stakeholders.

Finance CommitteeFor any firm, financial system is the lifesupporting structure, by coordinatingdifferent departments and dealing allfinance related issues with utmostregard. The student Finance Committeeof DoMS follows a similar pattern and thecommittee also prepares a Budget for theparticular academic year.
