During her presentation on March 23 rd , Cindy Bryant offered the Health and Well-Being 101 Basics. “Let’s start with your daily morning ritual,” said Bryant. 1. Upon Arise: to increase the efficiency of your digestive processes, start your day by drinking 8-12 ounces of ‘clean’ chlorine-free water. Even better is ionized water. 2. Eat Breakfast: to fuel your tank. Always start with nutrient value food. The best practice is to eat within 30 minutes of arise time and never skip breakfast. The best meal has a balance of protein (18-24 grams), essential fatty acids (1 tsp.), resistant fiber/complex carbohydrate (1/4 c.), green veggie (1/2-1 c.) like spinach, cucumber, celery and antioxidant berries (1/4 c.). So, now we are off to a good start and ready for the day! Complement your BASIC routine with 30 minutes of physical activity like walking, stretching, dancing, gardening or physical therapy. Starting from the factory in Iowa, she was fortunate to visit 48 states and seven Canadian provinces driving new RVs, mostly during the summer months, for eight years. She later vacationed in New Hampshire, Maine and Mexico. Throughout her life, Denise found herself driving tractors, grain equipment and other farming implements. In celebration of Saint Patrick’s Day residents, family, friends and staff at Majestic Rim launched green balloons tied with notes of wishes and blessings into the clear blue sky. Many of us hope that the balloons will reach others at the end of their peaceful journey.

22nd Annual Beeline Cruise-In

Charity Car Show

Are you looking for an opportunity to enrich your life and offer your experience and wisdom to help our youth?

Offer advice and join Elder-WisdomCircleTM (EWC) as a volunteer participant, offering readers of younger generations free personalized advice on a variety of topics. Make an impact in someone’s life by learning about this program and visit online at www.elderwisdomcircle.org.

If you are age 60 or older and want to know how you can enrich young adults from teens to 40’s and beyond then register to participate where you are assured total anonymity!

You can watch their video at www.youtube.com/watch?v=qjmG

tho-vrU where a teenage girl is seeking advice though the network of seniors available. If you would like to read some of the topics discussed, order their book, The Elder Wisdom Circle Guide for a Meaningful Life found at Amazon.

Clear blue skies, a gentle breeze, soft warm air and purring of the antique autos that are cruising the highway, that is what residents at Majestic Rim enjoy on the day the Beeline Cruise-In Car Show begins in Payson. The 300 vehicles take a pleasure drive along Tyler Parkway and we get an up close and personal view of the procession. The annual event is a fund-raiser for the Rim Country Classic Auto Club for charitable contributions for local non-profit organizations. In 2014, the club

donated $9,000 to nine Payson agencies. Take a stroll at Green Valley Park in Payson on Sat., April 25th and enjoy the show!

Green balloons filled the lobby along with 25 residents ready to bless the skies with a salute to St. Patrick. This made for a fun afternoon and 54 balloons sailed away!
