Abstract

Morphology and structurc of dacitic and andesitic polygonal volcanic bombs and blocks

from occurnences in trvo areas of Harghita llts (Ciomadul massi{ in South Harghita and west

Dinegti in North Harghita) are described. A great number of bombs and blocks show bread-

crust cracks and chilled margin. Bombs vith radial impact cracks for the first time are poin-

ted out.
