Make sure you have added country code before it. For example, if number is 412536688 552 So while calling from skype. Either add + before above no or delete 41 as it is a country code and then paste it in skype and select the country code where you have to call. Things you need to do while calling : 1. Be ready with your excel calling sheet as in the list. 2. Add one column to the extreme right and add remarks there like left vm; asked to follow up; not interested. 3. Always mark the whole row as red if the contact said NO to our services. 4. If you think if will forget something then add notes to rows. 5. Whenever some prospect shows some interest then ask for the suitable time and then see the calendar while you are on the call if we have any conflict or something. If there’s a conflict in calendar then you think that your prospect needs prior attention then setup the call for the same time. Now you have to see the meeting which has conflict with your current meeting consists of bridge line or cell phone. If it has bridge line then we can take this meeting via webex or calling directly to his number.

Once you do above steps :You have to do two things :

1. You need to send one email to Manish copying me saying :

Research team would send the research to Manish copying you and me.

“New Appointment with xxxx scheduled for xxx “

2. You need to send the company name and the prospect name with whom you have fixed meeting with. Also tell them the date and time of the meeting. You also make sure that you receive Research on your lead calls well in advance.

Most important thing : After doing all these things : you have to make sure that you would know about the meeting timing and all. You keep forgetting the time. Put it in your mobile or do something so that you should be in the conference well in advance before the meeting.

You have to login to caller2 if it’s a bridge line call and tell manish that you have logged in also follow the instructions from manish.

Before the meeting, you should also look at the research. There’s a possibility that manish might ask you something about the company and the prospect. One liner like who is the prospect? What’s his designation ? what info? What was the conversation when you called him to fix up the appointment?
