INTRODUCTION

The proposal on the hills close to Pissouri village, in an area famous for growing grapes, is an exclusive develop-ment of contemporary villas on large landscaped plots set in a breathtaking hillside location with panoramic sea views overlooking the ancient village of Pissouri and only a few kilometers from the famous Aphrodite’s Rock.

The elevated position affords a refreshing climate above the dense coastal summer humidity. Some 340 days of sunshine a year make for long, easy summers and amiable winters.

HILLSIDE VILLAGE LOCATION

The development is only a few minutes drive from Pissouri which has a pretty village square bustling with bistros, fami-ly-run restaurants and convenience stores stocked with fresh local produce. There are also nearby European-style delica-tessens and shops selling international goods.

The nearby motorway provides a fast and efficient link with either Paphos or Limassol only a 30 minute drive away.

The new development is perfectly placed for golfers with established golf courses nearby.

COAST

Heading down to the coast, Pissouri Bay is one of the best of the many beaches in the local area beach tavernas and a variety of exciting water sports.

tral area of the development. Emphasis will be placed on visual excitement ensuring a perfect harmonization of ma-terials and landscape. Each villa or apartment will offer a choice of exciting interior specifications.

All villas will feature key architectural design elements such as glass balustraded staircases, dramatic gallery landings that overlook double height lounges and striking floor-to-ceiling windows.

Open plan reception areas to the villas will provide distinct living and dining spaces. Well equipped designer kitchens will feature polished granite worktops and breakfast bars, with further bespoke options available.

Bathroom options will include rain showers, wet rooms, oversized hydro-baths, saunas or steam rooms.

The development will create an environment for those who desire a modern lifestyle in a setting of fine craftsmanship and elegant detail.

The design maximizes the development potential of the site by locating the bespoke villas with a distinct sense of iden-tity, strong elevational treatment and landscaping and takes full advantage of the site contours to create innovative and contemporary floor plans with distinctive exteriors that will provide a unique lifestyle for comfortable living.

The development is designed to maximize space, privacy and comfort. The grounds of each villa will be beautifully landscaped and spacious allowing life to be spent in the sun. Outdoor and indoor spaces will flow seamlessly from one to another in order to achieve the relaxed Mediterra-nean lifestyle that is elusive to those from colder climes.

Outdoor living spaces for each villa will include generous shaded terraces and large stonework barbeques. Semi-mature fruit trees such as lemon, orange, olive, almond, fig and pomegranate will be incorporated into the overall landscaping scheme.
