withdrawn from consideration due to insufficient
number of bids being submitted.

Committee recommending the 5 Lakes Fountain Project move
forward.

presented a survey to the Board. The survey had a checkbox
for a yes or no option.

November/December 2016 - F & G Committee developed &

The due date was January 31, 2017.

February 1 - Returned surveys were counted by the
Facilities & Grounds Committee and verified by the
Election Committee on February 2.
