Interpret information presented visually, orally, or quantitatively on interactive Web pages and explain its relevance.
With little guidance and support from adults, explore 3 online resource and 3 different digital productivity tools to produce and publish original work.
At least 2 digital productivity tools must include collaboration with peers to create a presentation or product in a curriculum area.
Students need to type a minimum of one page in a single sitting.
c.) Students will create an original digital story based on an interview with an adult.
Students will gather information from digital sources; take notes, paraphrase, and categorize information, and provide a list of sources.
Select and apply digital tools to collect, organize, and analyze data to evaluate theories or test hypotheses.
Identify and investigate a global issue and generate possible solutions using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
Demonstrate the ability to navigate in virtual environments such as electronic books, simulation software, and Web sites.
Debate the effect of existing and emerging technologies on individuals, society, and the global communities.
