SD: Extracts sales orders based on selection criteria and changes/cancels them depending upon what is specified on the input screen.For a cancellation, the line item that contains the material is marked with a rejection reason and item category, and then line item text. For a change, the line item with the change from material is canceled, and then a line item is added for the change to material. Line item text is updated on this new line item.

Responsibilities as a Developer Modify SAP Script printing programs and layouts To print invoices by collecting the totals of the invoice raised and the amount to be collected from

each customer based on the selection criteria. For purchase orders so that the value would be printed in per 100 as the client had the value of each

material in three decimals. Create following ABAP reports/programs

Availability check report which searches for specific materials based on their availability considering all inventories and listing out such as under QM, reservations, in stock, in transit etc.

Actual v/s Forecast gives the output for the last 7 days along with the further 7 days for materials and the comparison of the materials sold against Sales order and the forecast under S605 tables based upon previous years sales data.

Report to show material requirements created for a plant through MRP run Report required by production to compare their performance against the plan. It displays actual

production quantities and compares them to the planned production quantities. Create a batch load program (BDC) to load the initial balances of material for various storage locations.

SAP R/3’s Goods Receipt transaction (MB1C) was used to load data from legacy. Coded user exit before Sales order save (SAPMV45A) to pass data to a third party software (Explorer)

for Schedule line management. Create an Interface program to run weekly to update the Supplier Data Warehouse (SDW).

The SDW is a user-friendly means to access data covering supplier, purchasing and payment transactions across all of clients operating units. SAP system is the primary provider of information to this Supplier Data Warehouse. The interface program reads the information from SAP since the last upload date and writes the "events” to a flat file. The program will only be extracting data as it relates the creation, change to, and Goods Receipts for Scheduling Agreements. The only SDW event being created is the PORDER event. The program will send all other SDW events and non-scheduling agreement purchase order types.

Analysis of data conversions, development of SAP scripts, print programs, classical and interactive reports, BDC programs, user exits, function modules, transparent tables, data elements, domains, match code objects, database views.
