AUGUST - OCTOBER 2016 (U.S.)COMPANY: Douglas Volz Consulting, Inc.CLIENT: N/APOSITION: Sr. Cost Systems Designer

Created a new reporting solution which greatly improves the usability for the Release 12 inventory A/P Accruals. Normal Oracle functionality just throws inventory consignment and intercompany/ internal order accruals on to the Miscellaneous Accrual Report, with no matching. With this new solution you can:

o Report both the earliest activity date as well as the latest activity date. Release 12 only has the latest activity date ... harder to find your old outstanding activity.

o Match inventory consignment receipts against consignment invoice accruals.o Match intercompany/internal order receipts against intercompany/internal order invoice

accruals.o Verify the new reported R12 accrual balances against the G/L activity.o Compare the new accrual balances against the R12 Oracle standard accrual balances.o Age the reported accrual information based upon the accounting period you choose.

Oracle ages accrual information based upon when you run the report.
