LTE OPTIMIZATION- YOIGO SPAIN Analyzing Drive Test of the LTE call, checking throughput, PS Drop, E-UTRAN Attach fail, CSFB Blocked etc. Analyzing drive test reports for various attributes like PS drop E-UTRAN attached fails, CSFB blocked on layer 3

with the help of TEMS Discovery, TEMS Investigation & TIPP tools. Identifying problem areas like poor coverage, high interference and providing physical optimization changes

for issue sites. To generate action plans for the betterment in the network & responsible for the RF related changes to be

implemented in the network. Checking various alarms, features and parameters with the help of Moshell. Parallelly monitoring 3G KPI’s after LTE carrier/sites on air in the network. Providing root causes and solution to improve the KPIs if any degradation observed after on air LTE

3G OPTIMIZATION 3G-ORANGE (FRANCE) Handled the swap project of ORANGE FRANCE- North East Region. Maintaining & improving all contractual KPI on cluster level for four week after that handover to customer. solution for that. Maintaining and improving 3G network performance and quality in terms accessibility, retain ability, mobility and

analyze network statistics. Analyzing WCDMA Neighboring Cell Support (WNCS) to define missing neighbor relations and figure out

overshooting cells During UTRAN neighbor audits with the help of WMRR.

Processing and analysis of Ericsson OSS-RC Tools like WCDMA Measurement Results Recording (WMRR) to figure out theOvershooting cells and DL CPICH Ec/No and RSCP measurements to isolate Interference and coverage issues in the cells.

Checking Co scrambling code issues, adding missing 3G-3G neighbors and deleting the long distance neighbors.
