I graduated from the Politecnico of Milan in 2012 with a the-sis that includes my interest in both Interior Architecture and Museography. With Prof. Caliari as rapporteur I also did a traveling Master in Architecture, Archeology and Museology, that led me to design and make plans on the most important archeological sites in Europe. This master was a result of the museum project of Villa Adriana with which I won a special mention at Premio Piranesi - Prix de Rome.At the Politecnico of Milan I did a course of Higher Education to study issues related to Food Retail. The dual interest in graphic design and in product design has brought me to constant updating and various experiments.

The architectural studio rises in the framework of a construc-tion materials and colors deposit. Color is the key element of the project. Walls are petroleum blue, desks are plum purple and a fluo green layer puts the accent of the shelves.Space is divided into 2 components: on one side, the working atelier, with computers and printers; on the other side, the creativity atelier, with armchairs and a small table, intimate and relaxing. The center of the activity is the big desk: everyone goes around it, everything turns around it. Above, a chandelier made of colored electric wires twisted together shines light from different sizes bulbs.

A new bathroom for an old house. The project is calibrated to allow the perfect alignment of all the tiles in every part of the room. Walls are renovated to support the new facilities installa-tion and to consent a novel system of water flushing.Big black tiles cover the floor, the lower wall, and the shower backside. The rest shows small white tiles. The empty wall is decorated with Piero Fornasetti’s flying ma-chine, according to the client’s passion for paragliding. The black shower tray visually bridges the floor and the wall. The customized black framed mirror is counter posed to the lower wall, making visible the deep relationship of solids and voids.

The corporate identity lays in each single detail: all compo-nents carry the peculiar style and contribute to the whole im-age of the brand. It is statistically proven that a good corporate image repre-sents a surplus in terms of sales and brand recognition. It also guarantees the loyalty of customers.Colors, fonts and objects help to determine the “user experi-ence” of the products. Non trivial furnishing solutions are in-tegrated with workers’ needs and allow a better access to spaces. The architectural design follows the users perspective, offering rational alternatives to optimize spaces and logistics.

Starting from the logo, the project gets its shape. The key idea behind the butcher’s shop is the use of two cross-ing knives forming the letter A. The owners’ family signature gives personality and subjectivity. Primary was the rehash of the shop windows and all the el-ements related to the brand: aprons, business cards, labels, gadgets. Dedicated panels allow the owners to easy change the “daily specials”. Secondary interventions are ongoing to continue the renova-tion and will be soon terminated.

PROJECT FOR HIGHER EDUCATIONAL COURSEDESIGN FOR FOOD RETAIL - POLIDESIGNThe project proposal is developed within the ex service station Super-cortemaggiore Agip. A detailed study of the selected product, its esthetic and the related gadgets was made and finalized to the realization of the architectural proposal. Given the location, in proximity with the highway connecting the Alps to the lake region in northern Italy, the key idea was to provide an easy product for pic-nic. The mood board refers to the 50’s with a contemporary glimpse. The proposal is intended to be a pilot, adjustable to different contexts. In this specific case, the surface area allowed the creation of an outdoor-like foyer with grass, rocking chairs and seesaws.

PROJECT FOR MST DEGREE IN INTERIOR ARCHITECTUREPOLITECNICO OF MILAN The project provides the insertion of a glass structure into the church ruins. The church’s external walls are all intact except for the front east: this spot becomes the entrance to the new in-stallation. The glass structure contrasts the massive bricks walls. The new volume is a parallelepiped which enters perpendicu-larly into the nave, leans to the floor and stays apart from the wall, just the sufficient space not to add extra weight to the existent structure. The trilithic structure is composed by triple laminated glasses and a rabbet joint connects the beams and the pillars. The portal structures are paired in correspondence to the central wall, which acts like a spine.

PROJECT FOR POSTGRADUATE IN ARCHITECTURE, ARCHEOLOGY AND MUSEOGRAPHY The project has two main aspects: the installation of several structures along the Via Francigena to ensure hospitality to pilgrims and the promotion of historical buildings. The example here presented is the Mausoleum of Villa Gordiani, renovated as a museum itself and as an important element in the frame-work of the Via Francigena. The circular plan is exploited to create an exhibition itinerary, where the panels are hanged at the walls and sculptures are hosted inside the recesses. The resting areas are conceived as modular and combinable items. All the parts are designed to be delivered via containers, an essential point due to easily be transported and displaced elsewhere. The structure is in XLAM wood and the furniture in stamped resin.
