Objectives

As a company MineQuest Consult’s primary aim is to significantly enhance and improve the condition of our clients’ business. Job responsibilities:

Financial and business modeling, scenario analysis, valuations and trade off studies for the various AP operations and projects.

Validation and delivery of the long term planning process inputs and outputs.

Long term planning process and systems, in particular the LTP 2010 coordination and consolidation.

Achievements:

Improvements in the safety record on the mine, in particular the achievement of the best safety record in the group and zero fatalities or serious injuries during my tenure.

Development and implementation of the operational, safety and environmental standards and systems on the mine.

Development and implementation of the geological drilling programme and business case to explore and delineate the extension of the sulphide shaft ore body.
