Key Deliverables:u Engineering & Design: Preparing Purchase Requisition for major Rotating and Auxiliary

Items i.e. Gearbox, Pumps, Safety Relief Valves, Pressure Control Valves, Lube oil Console, Oil Mist Eliminator, Piping Valves etc. Review Technical Quotation of various Rotating & Static Items as per client specification requirement and finalizing Purchase Order. The completed Check-List to be issued to Commercial Program Manager for their further action.

u Arranging Client KOM to discuss all open points identified in IKOM and to get final consent on Project Schedule and Documentation List.

u Preparation of Procurement Guidelines for Vendors. This has been exclusively designed to safeguard Company’s interests. Guidelines consist of : List of applicable Specifications, Approved Vendor List, Documents deliverable ( with scheduled dates), List of spares requirement, Inspection procedures, General Terms & Condition related to : Dispatch Clearance, Packing & Storage, Shipment, LD on delivery & documentation, Vendor’s responsibility till Commissioning, Site Visits.

u Assisting Job Engineers to prepare-release of Technical specification for vendors. u Budget: Handling Vendor enquiries (Techno-Commercial) along with buyer (Supply Chain

division) & Job Engineer to close the Purchase Order. Constant Monitoring of Project Budget Vs. Procurement cost. Updating Project Progress to the Client as per defined period. Keeping track of Invoices raised Vs. Payment received to maintain Positive Cash-Flow against Project.

u Execution & Liaising: Liaising Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Team to maintain Defined Deliverables of each Phase. Performing Vendor Visits throughout Various Phases of the Project to gauge their Project Progress. Preparation of Punch List during each Visit clearly identified status, key issues- possible remedies-target date and responsible body. Keeping track of identified Non-Conformances (NCR) and assist Quality Department to close the same successfully.
